I was watching Muhammad Ali's film last night and why were the US trying to force him to go to war with Vietnam. Surely in the "land of the free" he would be able to make that choice himself? the main character is a black male. I guess I'd say 20-30s in the movie he just comes back from 'over there' (Vietnam) and he returns home to his corrupt neighborhood, to his mother. he eventually decides to stop this corruption in his neighborhood, so he gets some friends of his to help out. in ... It was filmed in the Philippines, but I think it's american. Its name could've change, but has anyone heard of it?
